JProject AI

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

JProject AI is a privately operated, self-hosted AI workspace available to a limited set of authorized users. This policy describes how information may be processed when you use the workspace and connect a Google account.

Information processed

Depending on features used, the workspace may process account identifiers, authentication information, conversation content, uploaded files, document metadata, retrieved document text, search results, application logs, and generated media.

Google account and API data

Google account access is optional and requires Google's authorization screen. If you choose to connect your Google account, the permissions displayed in that screen determine which Google data the application can access. Depending on the integration enabled, requested permissions may include Google Drive files and metadata, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail-related permissions. Do not grant permissions you are not comfortable with.

Connected Google content may be retrieved, indexed, and stored by the self-hosted application so authorized users can search or work with it. Any write actions, if configured, are separate capabilities and should be used only by authorized users. JProject AI does not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

How data is used

Information is used to provide AI conversations, authorized document retrieval, user-requested processing, system security, and troubleshooting. The application may create local indexes or caches as part of these functions.

Hosting and third-party services

Core AI services run on equipment operated by the application's owner. Cloudflare provides website delivery, tunnel routing, and access authentication. Google provides account authorization and Google APIs. Other third-party services may process data if their integrations are explicitly configured or used. The specific processing depends on the enabled feature.

Access and retention

Use of the AI workspace is restricted to authorized individuals. The application's operator may have administrative access to stored application data. Documents, indexes, chats, and logs may remain stored until removed through application administration or maintenance. Do not assume that disconnecting Google automatically deletes previously indexed content.

Contact

For privacy questions, access requests, or data deletion, contact the JProject AI operator through the invitation or support contact used to provide your access. A dedicated public contact email will be published when one is established.

This policy describes the currently planned personal-use configuration. The operator should review and update it whenever data processing, integrations, or retention practices change.
